Join us at the Louis Armstrong House Museum for a joyful celebration of Louis Armstrong on August 8, at his historic home in Corona, Queens.

This special afternoon will feature a live performance by David Ostwald’s Louis Armstrong Eternity Band, dedicated to preserving and celebrating the music and spirit of Louis Armstrong.

We are especially honored to welcome Enrico Tomasso, the renowned British trumpeter who formed a personal connection with Louis Armstrong in 1968 at the age of seven. Their unforgettable meetingm captured in the story “The Kiss of Joy”, is a testament to Louis’s generosity, warmth, and lasting influence across generations.

In addition to the performance, the day may include special programming for young audiences, creating a meaningful and engaging experience for families and children.
